i can walk without nearly as much pain and as a bonus my acne on my back went down a bit. before i was not able to lift much of anything let alone squat down, but after about three weeks i was able to move around with little to no pain. i found the turmeric gummies to be the best. i even had a bit of a locked shoulder from an old injury and slowly regained some movement in my shoulder.
